Troubleshoot the System, Not Just the Rubber Element
Diagnose vibration, element wear, hub movement and coupling heat methodically.

Use a disciplined sequence
Capture the symptom before disassembly: operating load, speed, temperature, sound, vibration and visible debris. Isolate the machine, inspect the coupling and connected equipment, and compare current alignment with commissioning records. A flexible element may reveal a machine problem without being its original cause.
Escalate when evidence conflicts
If the marked model, dimensions and installed bore do not match the website table, treat the unit as unverified. Do not force-fit a replacement based on appearance. Send photographs, measurements and the original drawing for comparison.
