Bore, keyway, fit and inspection considerations for NM coupling orders.
Control the dimensions that decide whether the coupling fits
NM coupling performance starts with correct shaft interfaces. Bore diameter, keyway, fit, hub position and operating duty should be confirmed before production, especially when the coupling is replacing an older unit.

Machining and inspection
Bores and keyways are produced to the confirmed order information. Critical dimensions can be checked against the agreed drawing or dimensional requirement. Mixed-model orders should keep model identification clear from machining through packing.
