Once loads, duty cycles, and travel speeds are established, engineers and designers must choose the type of screw jack with ball screw or machine screw, also the type of electric motor with AC motor, AC geared motor, AC gear reducer, AC CZPT motor reducer, DC motor, DC geared motor, DC gear reducer, DC CZPT speed reducer, stepper motor, and servo motor etc.

1. Note: The dark gray figures in the tables indicates operational restrictions due to thermal limits. Selection of screw jacks using these figures should only be carried out in consultation with CZPT engineers. When your selection is made within the areas shaded dark gray, you will need to reduce duty cycle or choose the bigger size screw jack in order to allow effective heat dissipation.
