NM214 Flexible Jaw Coupling
NM214 NM flexible coupling reference data and RFQ guidance.
View details →NM50 NM flexible coupling reference data and RFQ guidance.

The NM50 is one size in the NM flexible-coupling range. Current EVER POWER reference data lists a bore range of 7-19 mm, a maximum reference speed of 12500 rpm, and normal torque of 1.3 kgf·m. Use these values for model matching; final bore, keyway and application suitability are confirmed against the order details.
NM50 identifies the coupling size, but it does not define the finished bore on either hub. Two NM50 couplings can be machined for different shafts. That is why an RFQ should carry both shaft diameters and keyway information instead of only the coupling code.
| Item | What to confirm |
|---|---|
| Bore on driver | Confirm actual shaft diameter and keyway/fit requirement. |
| Bore on driven side | Confirm the second shaft independently; do not assume both sides match. |
| Operating speed | Check actual speed against the 12500 rpm reference limit for this model. |
| Duty / torque | Give operating torque where known, or motor power, speed and driven equipment for review. |
| Environment | State unusual temperature, oil/chemical exposure or contamination that could affect the flexible element. |
| Quantity | State sample, pilot or production quantity and whether multiple models are combined. |
The image on this page is a verified NM-family catalogue product view. Hub dimensions and finish bore vary by model and order; the approved production drawing controls the supplied configuration.
NM couplings are commonly reviewed for pump, compressor, motor-to-gearbox, fan, mixer, conveyor and general machinery drives. Application suitability depends on the full duty, not only the model number.
For replacement work, send a photo of the installed coupling together with measurable shaft and hub dimensions. For new equipment, send the shaft drawing or interface dimensions. This usually resolves more uncertainty than relying on an old purchasing description.
Ask for NM50 with both shaft dimensions, operating speed, driven equipment and quantity.
