Start with the drive duty, not the outside diameter. The coupling has to accept the torque and speed while also fitting both shafts. A model that fits the bore but is wrong for the duty is not a sound selection; neither is a model with enough torque capacity but no room for the required finished bore.

Do not select from one number alone
Motor power is useful when torque is not supplied, but it is not the whole duty. Starts, shock, reversals and the driven machine can change the selection. Likewise, the published bore range is a model-matching reference; the finished bore still has to be specified for each hub.
