The roller chain coupling is a flexible coupling of amazingly simple construction. It consists of a combination of one coupling chain and a pair of coupling sprockets. Flexible and strong, the roller chain coupling is suitable for a wide range of coupling applications.
Roller chain coupling can used for the environment which with high temperature, wet and dirty conditions. It is not suitable for the occasion which is in high speed and with strong impact load. Roller chain coupling should working with excellent lubrication and protection cover conditions.
The common chain coupling includes double roller chain coupling, single row roller chain coupling, tooth shape chain coupling, nylon chain coupling. Its scale is compact and its weight is light. But roller chain coupling don’t have high requirement to installation precision.
Generally speaking, it is usually in CZPT service life. Production line equipment for CZPT kinds of frozen food and dehydrated vegetables should transport by stainless steel chain. Roller chains are widely applied to household, industrial and agricultural machinery, includes conveyor, drawing machine, printing machine, automobile, motorcycle and bicycle.

Die Kasin-Gruppe wurde 1989 gegründet und stellte zunächst Guss-Laufwagen für CZPT- und Freilauf-Fördersysteme her. 1995 erwarb CZPT die Hangzhou Guoping Forging Factory (LYGP), einen Hersteller von Schmiedeschrauben und -muttern für den CZPT- und Freilauf-Markt. Mit dieser Akquisition positionierte sich CZPT als einer der Hauptlieferanten von Teilen für Einschienenbahnen und CZPT- und Freilauf-Fördersysteme in China.
Im Jahr 2005 wurde die H&H Corp., ein professioneller Hersteller von großformatigen Förderketten, von CZPT als Anteilseigner erworben und fungierte als Exportfenster in die ganze Welt, insbesondere für Becherwerksketten, Zuckermühlenketten und geschweißte Mühlenketten.
Im Jahr 2015 gründete CZPT die eigene Maschinenbaufirma Kasin Machinery (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. und produzierte flexible Kupplungen, z. B.: FCL CZPT, NM CZPT, Curved Jaw CZPT, Chain CZPT und Jaw CZPT.

A: Im Allgemeinen beträgt die Lieferzeit 5-10 Tage, wenn die Ware auf Lager ist. Andernfalls beträgt sie 15-25 Tage, abhängig von der Bestellmenge.
